A self-service kiosk is a solution for the customer to independently select goods or services, quickly pay and easily order, as well as automate the assembly, delivery and receipt of sent orders.

A kiosk is used not only for the convenience of the customer. The use of self-service kiosks allows the owner of the establishment to reduce personnel costs by reducing the number of cashiers to serve customers, and also gives the enterprise the image of a modern establishment.

You can pay for the order directly at the self-service kiosk using a bank card.

How it works:

The visitor selects goods and services on the touch screen of the self-service terminal.
The selected items are moved to the basket.
The visitor makes a cashless payment for the goods, after which he receives a receipt with information about the payment and the order number.
The order is sent to the enterprise automation system, after which the employees are engaged in its formation and preparation for issue.
Using the order number from the receipt, the visitor can find out the status of readiness on the information screen.
